Three Voices
The co-production project Three Voices is the result of uniting three interesting student films that are being made simultaneously at three Czech art schools – FAMU, UMPRUM and the University of West Bohemia in Plzeň. The creators – Daria Kashcheeva, Marie Urbánková and Martin Pertlíček – have in common an interest in film puppets and a need to pass on a message.

Four countries, four different views on stop motion animation. Barbara Rupik speaks about a human soul, which says goodbye to the corpse and sets off on a journey through the post-mortem land. Filip Pošivač and Barbora Valecká play with the biblical Ark story in which Noah saved selected pairs of animals from certain death in the global flood. Szandra Pataki’s hero is learning to live together with his more and more falling apart life. Zlata Golecova speaks about the relationship between mother and child in an extraordinary way.
