It will be first document of this type in Poland, thanks to which we will conduct objective, versatile and in-depth judgment of factual state of professional education in film animation and special effects industries.

The main goal is growth and expansion of knowledge and skills of practical workers in film animation and special effects industries in Poland, by increasing the quality and professional education level to current industry needs. We will define development conditions in aspects of education, vision, strategical and operational goals, and, above all, we will point at directions and guidelines for activities guaranteeing professional growth of industry’s workers (present and future ones) in such a way, that their professional skills will pose as an answer for actual current needs of the work market. Strategy is also set to point out advantages of dual education, including active participation of employers, meaning animation studios in professional education, and their role in building and developing human potential.

The partners of the project are the University of Lodz - Faculty of Philology and the Department of Film and Audiovisual Media, as well as the Association of Polish Animation Producers (SPPA) and Trollfilm AS.
